Unico Milano will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on unicomilano.com. You will receive your refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.

The refund will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product(s) you are returning, less shipping costs. If the return is for a damaged order, however, the outward shipping costs (i.e. those in the order) will also be included in the refunded amount.
