Frequent questions

Returning a product couldn't be easier! Try Unico Milano products in the comfort of your home and if you need to return them, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return them. You will have to take care of the return shipping, which will be at your expense, while we will take care of the quality control of the return, to verify that the product falls within our return policies, and we will try to make the refund as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that items are returned in new, unused condition, with original tags and in the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on unicomilano.com. Please contact our customer service team by emailing support@unicomilano.com for further questions.

Our shipping costs vary based on the type of product ordered! The larger the product, the more it costs us to ship it, therefore we ask you for a greater contribution! And don't forget that you always have an extra 10% as a gift on your first order with the code UNICO10 ! (coupon not applicable on items already on promotion)

And remember that in Italy we also offer delivery to the floor ! At the moment, however, we do not yet offer shipping to countries outside the European Union!

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Italy. We do our best to process and ship your Unico Milano order as quickly as possible. We usually need 1-2 business days to process your order internally. During holidays and public holiday periods, this period may be slightly extended. If you placed your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Unico Milano will check the quality of the returned product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policies. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on unicomilano.com. You will receive a refund to the same payment method used for the original purchase, as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.

The refund will be free and will always include the amount of the product(s) you are returning, net of shipping costs. If the return is made for a damaged order, however, the outward shipping costs (therefore those in the order) will also be included in the refunded amount.

Once your order is processed internally by our team (allow us 2-3 business days) shipping will take approximately the following:

- Italy - 2-4 working days
- EU countries - 4-6 working days
And remember that in Italy we also offer delivery to the floor ! At the moment, however, we do not yet offer shipping to countries outside the European Union!

We work with the best freight forwarders around the world to provide the best service possible! Unico Milano cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays (e.g. strikes, customs procedures, etc.).

To track your package, please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. You can also check the status of your shipment directly on the shipper's website. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact our customer service at support@unicomilano.com and we will be happy to help you.

To make your return , follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our customer service : if you are not fully satisfied with your order and want to make a return, write to support@unicomilano.com specifying the order number, the items to be returned and the reason for your return. We will do everything we can to find the best solution so you don't have to return the product! Our customer service will be happy to help you in the best way! Otherwise, if you still want to return even after contacting our customer service, continue following the next steps.
2. Return packaging : prepare the package with the original box containing the product or products you wish to return.
3. Collection of the products by the courier : you will have to independently take care of the return shipping of the product(s), which will therefore be at your expense. The choice of courier to use is absolutely at your discretion, just choose the courier that is most convenient for you! The return shipment must be made to:

4. Return Confirmation and Refund : After receiving your return, we will check whether the quality of the product(s) meets our return policies. If yes, we will refund you with the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible.

Responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.

Orders destined outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties according to local customs regulations. All orders within the European Union, however, are exempt from customs duties and the only thing you have to pay is the standard shipping cost.
